Transformation Pictures
I offer every client the opportunity to take transformation pictures. In fact, I encourage it. These pictures not only clearly show the progress each client is making, but also helps to motivate and drive the clients to progress. Pictures should be taken at the onset of training, the starting point of your transformation. Every month I will take pictures to measure the transformation. You will be able to see your month to month transformation and what can actually be achieved when you decide to make a change in your life. ALL pictures will he held in confidence and only published in my website testimonials with consent. But it is my hope that I have many clients willing to show the world their transformation.
In 2001, I took my own transformation pictures, knowing what I was about to accomplish. It was very important to me this was documented, and wanted to see the progress I was making month to month. I’m very proud of them, and would like to share them with you.
On October 13 th 2000 I was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. A car made a left turn in my path while I was traveling 40 mph. The impact launched me 100ft where I came to a rest suffering from a compound fracture of my right clavicle, fractured right scapula, broken ribs, bruised lung, broken left wrist and various scrapes and bruises. After a four day stay in the hospital, I returned home. Two weeks later I returned to the hospital for surgery to install a plate on my clavicle returning my glenohumeral (shoulder) joint to its proper location - picture of plate with 9 screws in my shoulder also below.
I suffered from considerable muscle atrophy, and subsequently gained fat. Needless to say my diet was not the best. With a cast on my left hand and my right arm immobile for six weeks, it was extremely difficult to do much of anything including cooking. Most of the food I ate was ordered in (not healthy).
After 2.5 months recovering, with little to no activity, it was time to rehabilitate. My rehab started on January 1 st 2001. Unable to do any type of weight training, jogging was my only option. After 1 month of jogging 30 minutes 5 times a week I progressed to lifting weights. This is when the first transformation pictures were taken. Every month pictures were taken with a newspaper to identify the dates. Please see the following pictures of my transformation.
