Aerobics builds confidence while grounding you in aerobics fundamentals that you can apply to other classes. The workout consists of step, kickboxing, basic movement patterns, and strength exercises. Don’t forget your towel!
BODY WORK Work with dumbbells to music for overall strength and endurance. A weighted workout set to the rhythm of the music. This class improves overall strength and endurance through the use of dumbbells.
KICKBOXING Mix up your routine with flexibility and strength-building moves in kickboxing classes. A cardiovascular workout consisting of jabs, hooks, uppercuts and kicks designed to get you on your way to a leaner body and a healthier state of mind. No equipment is used and gloves are not required.
