Benefits of Exercise
The benefits of exercise are enormous. Everyday another article is written on how proper nutrition and exercise improves all functions of the body. I could go on and on about the benefits of exercise, and reiterate what you already know. I would rather tell you type II diabetes is a preventable disease. According to the CDC almost 15 million Americans suffer from diabetes, doubling since 1980. Simply increasing your daily activity can dramatically reduce your risk of acquiring type II diabetes. Cancer risks are also reduced with physical activity.
One of my objectives is to reduce your dependency on medications, with your physicians blessing of course.
